Sk8s & Weights! This skate class will involve small hand weights of your choosing (1-5lbs) and skates. There are high reps so keep it light! If you don't have small hand weights at home...Be creative but safe. You can also do the class without them. FYI: I highly recommend that you have the ability to confidently stand and hold yourself stable before using weights while wearing skates. There will also be a mix of dance and kickboxing movements with moves simple enough everyone can do. Try it out! The class is best suitable for skaters who are comfortable standing, shifting their weight side to side, raising arms, moving forward, and moving laterally on skates.
